Refund and Cancellations Policy
Once a customer has been debited for their Secret Lair drop, the order is considered final and we do not accept refund requests or returns. Customers are notified at checkout if they will be debited immediately for their order. Otherwise, preorders will be debited shortly before they are ready to ship.
