You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the Goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1600 Lind Ave Sw, STE 400, CO: Product Replacement, Renton, WA, 98198 by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Product returns are addressed to LogVad, 1 Rue De La Couture, ZI du Roubaix Est, 59115 Leers, France. You may use the model withdrawal form which can be found at the bottom of this page, which is not mandatory.
However, in order to speed up the process we prefer if you use our return online form available here. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. Returns not made in accordance with the instructions set forth above shall be at your own risk and at your expense.
Effect of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the Goods to us to the address provided to you by our customer service team immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The time limit will be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the Goods before the expiry of the 14 day period. We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the Goods, whichever is the earlier. You must bear the direct costs of returning the Goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the Goods if such loss of value is due to handling of the Goods which is not necessary to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the Goods.
